The house has an open plan arrangement including five bedrooms, five baths, an office, art room and piano room.

Architect’s Statement: The architect was asked to develop a plan for international clients that have lived in courtyard and walled housing in their home country of India. The plan revolved around a living courtyard with circulation and rooms on the outside.

Type of Construction: Conventional wood framing with a pre-engineered roof system, a conventional wood floor system, reinforced concrete basement walls, brick veneer with metal and cedar wood accents and aluminum-wood clad windows.
