For people in the Asheville area, a memorial service for Daryl Rantis is being planned to share a remembrance of Daryl that we can send to his family. Here are the details:
Hello Folks,
It is with a heavy heart that I am reaching out to you about our friend Daryl. I wanted to let you know that a group of folks are organizing a Memorial for Daryl for those folks that cannot attend tomorrow’s service in Portland OR. It will be located at the Asheville Jewish Community Center (JCC) on Sunday March 30th from 3:30-5:30. The Asheville JCC is located at 236 Charlotte Street, Asheville, NC 28801. Please RSVP and add your name to the contact list if you will be able to attend. We will also use this list in case there are any changes during the planning of the memorial. If you send this e-mail to other folks who are friends of Daryl, please copy me and have them RSVP and add their names to the contact list as well

Other than a few opening remarks in the beginning of the memorial thus far the following is planned:
· A slideshow of Daryl – please send photos you have to Amy Worsham at aeworhsam2030@yahoo.com
· A video camera so people can record a moment of remembrance of Daryl for his family
· Display some of Daryl’s work – please send work examples to Joe Minicozzi at joe@urban-three.com
The intent is for us to gather together to remember Daryl and celebrate his life.
